About the artwork

'House of Light 1', references the geometric shape, a stereotypically hard-edged male symbol of stability, strength and rationality; the blurred geometry in this piece however, presents this symbol in a softer and more compassionate form, where the %u201CI%u201D and %u201Cego%u201D is replaced by a symbolic awareness beyond the self. The print was created on an acetate sheet which was coarsely sanded prior to inking.
