About the artwork
Bronte is a fine art printmaker based between the UK and Baja, Mexico. She creates relief woodblock prints with hand painted elements. Bronte explores the essence of being through personal narrative and a connection to nature. Bronte%u2019s stylised prints take inspiration from the culture, colour and landscape of Mexico. Night Time Vigil came from experiencing loved ones entering into parenthood while starting to feel the pull of becoming a mother herself. It captures the soft, caring moments between a mother and newborn in twilight.
