About the artist
Michelle is a Bristol based artist specialising in intaglio printmaking. Her handprinted etchings, created in small editions on handmade paper with oil-based inks, evoke atmosphere and mood. Inspired by the everyday and overlooked, her work encourages viewers to pause, reflect, and connect emotionally. Drawing inspiration from both nature and human experiences her work aims to capture an atmosphere and invite viewers to contemplate the scene and the story therein. Michelle is a member and trustee of Spike Print Studio.
